Villa Semaya sits in Soi Naya, a leafy lane between Rawai and Nai Harn on the southernmost tip of the island. Nai Harn, often voted the finest beach in Phuket, is three minutes away by car. Ya Nui, Rawai and the sunset viewpoint at Promthep Cape are all within ten.
The neighbourhood is residential and calm, with excellent seafood along Rawai beachfront, morning markets, yoga studios and the yacht marinas of Chalong Bay a short drive north. Patong and the airport are reached in 35 and 45 minutes.
