Villa Semaya is a privately owned, single-level luxury villa in traditional Thai style in Soi Naya, Rawai, on the southern tip of Phuket, Thailand (7.785221, 98.315717). It is rented as a whole to one group at a time and booked directly with the owner, Theo Giraudon. No agency or platform is involved.

### How many people can Villa Semaya accommodate?
The villa sleeps 22 adults across eight bedrooms, plus up to three infants in cots. The base rate covers 12 guests; each additional guest is 1,700 THB per night.

### How far is the villa from the beach?
Nai Harn Beach is a three-minute drive. Ya Nui and Rawai beaches are five minutes away, and Promthep Cape ten.

### Is the villa private?
Entirely. The house and its park are enclosed by walls and tall trees, with no neighbour overlooking the pool or gardens. The park is for the exclusive use of the villa’s guests.

### Is there staff on site?
Yes. Housekeeping, pool and garden staff work on the property daily from 6:30 to 18:00 and live in separate staff quarters. Common areas are cleaned every day and bedrooms every two days.

### Is airport transfer included?
One round-trip airport transfer is included for the group. Additional transfers for separate arrivals cost 1,000 THB per way.

### Is the villa suitable for children?
Yes. The house is on a single level with no stairs, and cots, a high chair, board games and a large lawn are available. Please note the pool and pond are unfenced, as is usual in Thailand.

### Can we hold a wedding or an event?
The dining room seats 18 and the living pavilion opens fully onto the pool terrace, which suits celebrations. Please describe your event when enquiring so we can confirm what is possible.
